MORNING
The fruit of the Spirit is…peace.
To be spiritually minded is life and peace. ✝ God has called us to peace ✝ “Peace I leave you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” ✝ The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. ✝ I know whom I believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day. ✝ You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. ✝ The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever. My people will dwell in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places. ✝ Whoever listens to me will dwell safely, and will be secure, without fear of evil. ✝ Great peace have those who love Your law.

EVENING
THE LORD IS THERE.
Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be with them. ✝ I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. And the city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. ✝ I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness. ✝ Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon the earth that I desire besides You. ✝ Judah shall abide forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation. For I will acquit them of blood shed, whom I had not acquitted; for the Lord dwells in Zion. ✝ “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” says the Lord. ✝ There shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.

MORNING
Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.
Where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. ✝ Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. ✝ My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. ✝ Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your Presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. ✝ “Am I a God near at hand,” says the Lord, “and not a God afar off? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?” says the Lord; “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord. ✝ Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built! ✝ Thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.” ✝ You are the temple of the living God.

EVENING
Keep yourselves from idols.
My son, give me your heart. ✝ Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. ✝ Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts, and put before them that which causes them to stumble into iniquity. Should I let Myself be inquired of at all by them? ✝ Put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. ✝ Those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. You, O man of God, flee these things. ✝ If riches increase, do not set your heart on them. ✝ My fruit is better than gold, yes, than fine gold, and my revenue than choice silver. ✝ For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. ✝ The Lord looks at the heart.

MORNING
You shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. ✝ You shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine. ✝ You were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. ✝ You are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. ✝ Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed. ✝ Be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless. ✝ Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord! ✝ He looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. ✝ Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my anxieties; see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

EVENING
Perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit. ✝ Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, and in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom. ✝ Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age. ✝ Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. ✝ Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected. ✝ Everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, jus as He is pure. ✝ He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has also given us the Spirit as a guarantee. ✝ For the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

MORNING
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.
In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul. ✝ While I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, reached me about the time of evening offering. ✝ Do not hide Your face from me; do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation. ✝ But You, O Lord, do not be far from Me; O My Strength, hasten to help Me! ✝ Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You. ✝ He delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us. ✝ Shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily.

EVENING
I have glorified You on the earth
My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. ✝ I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day, the night is coming when no one can work. ✝ “Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” But hey did not understand the statement which He spoke to them. ✝ This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it. Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God? ✝ Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. ✝ You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased. ✝ All bore witness to Him, and marveled at the gracious words which proceeded out of His mouth. ✝ You are worthy…for You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and made us kings and priests to our God: and we shall reign on the earth.

MORNING
Therefore do not worry, saying, “What shall we eat?” or “What shall we drink?” or “What shall we wear?” For you heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. ✝ No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man who trusts in You! ✝ I want you to be without care. ✝ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. ✝ Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. ✝ Why are you so fearful? How is it you have no faith? ✝ Have faith in God.

EVENING
He spread a cloud for a covering, and fire to give light in the night.
As a father who pities (has compassion for) his children, so the Lord pities (has compassion for) those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. ✝ The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. ✝ There will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from the storm and rain. ✝ The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand. The Lord shall preserve your going out and coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore. ✝ The Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people. ✝ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

MORNING
Mercy and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed.
A just God and Savior. ✝ The Lord is well pleased for His righteousness’ sake; He will exalt the law and make it honorable. ✝ God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them. ✝ God set [Him] forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. ✝ He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. ✝ Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. ✝ To him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness. ✝

EVENING
How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?
Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. ✝ As we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man. ✝ The Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,…will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself. ✝ Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, “Peace to you.” But they were terrified and frightened and supposed they had seen a spirit. ✝ He was seen by Cephas (Peter), then by the twelve. After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once. ✝ If the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

MORNING
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. ✝ Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past. For behold, the Lord comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. ✝ In the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by. ✝ Your life is hidden with Christ in God. ✝ He will not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. ✝ These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

EVENING
They persecute the ones You have struck.
It is impossible that no offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come! ✝ [Jesus], being delivered by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death. ✝ Then they spat in His face and beat Him; and others struck Him with the palms of their hands, saying, “Prophesy to us, Christ! Who is the one who struck You?” ✝ Likewise the chief priests also, mocking with the scribes and elders, said, “He saved others; Himself He cannot save. If He is the King of Israel, let Him now come down from the cross.” ✝ For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done. ✝ Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.

MORNING
It pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He has put him to grief.
“Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save Me from this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour. Father, glorify Your name.” Then a voice came from heaven, saying, “I have both glorified it and will glorify it again.” ✝ “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him. ✝ Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. ✝ Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. ✝ For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. ✝ Shall I not drink the cup which My Father has given Me? ✝ The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him. ✝ My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. ✝ My Elect One in whom My soul delights!

EVENING
You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent.
[You] have made us kings and priests to our God. ✝ The sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the trumpets; and these shall be to you as an ordinance forever throughout your generations. When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the Lord your God, and you will be saved from your enemies. ✝ I did not say to the seed of Jacob, “Seek Me in vain.” ✝ Their voice was heard; and their prayer came up to His holy dwelling place, to heaven. ✝ The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. ✝ Pray for one another. The effective, fervent (earnest) prayer of a righteous man (person) avails much (has great power and produces wonderful results). ✝ Come, Lord Jesus! ✝ Do not delay, O my God. ✝ Looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most pitiable. ✝ Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. ✝ After you believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession. ✝ Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” ✝ Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls. ✝ We walk by faith, not by sight. ✝ Do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. ✝

EVENING
It is I; do not be afraid.
When I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.” ✝ I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; and I will not remember your sins. ✝ “Woe is me, for I am undone…my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.” Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; your iniquity is taken away, and your sin purged.” ✝ I have blotted out, like a thick cloud, your transgressions, and like a cloud, your sins. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you. ✝ If anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

MORNING
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. ✝ Inasmuch…as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil. ✝ ✝ Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. ✝ I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” ✝ Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Vanity of vanities, all is vanity.
We finish our years like a sigh. The days of our lives are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they are eighty years, yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. ✝ ✝ If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable. ✝ Here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. ✝ I am the Lord, I do not change. ✝ Our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself. ✝ The creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope. ✝ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. ✝ Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!

Awake to righteousness, and do not sin.
You are all sons of light and sons of the day. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. ✝ It is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. ✝ Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. ✝ Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. ✝ Lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. ✝ Little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming. If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of Him.

EVENING
My sheep hear My voice.
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. ✝ I sleep, but my heart is awake; it is the voice of my beloved! He knocks, saying, “Open for me, my sister, my love, my dove, my perfect one.” I opened for my beloved, but my beloved had turned away and was gone. My heart leaped up when he spoke. I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him but he gave my no answer. ✝ Speak, for Your servant hears. ✝ When Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.” So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully. ✝ I will hear what God the Lord will speak, for He will speak peace to His people and to His saints; but let them not turn back to folly.

MORNING
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
The love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. ✝ You did not receive the spirit of bondage again fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God. ✝ He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself. ✝ In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. ✝ In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. ✝ That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. ✝ Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

EVENING
Reproach has broken my heart.
“Is this not the carpenter’s son?” ✝ “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” ✝ “Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?” ✝ “He casts out demons by the ruler of the demons.” ✝ “We know this Man is a sinner.” ✝ “He deceives the people.” ✝ “This Man blasphemes!” ✝ “Look, a glutton and a winebibber, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!” ✝ It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. ✝ For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps: “Who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth”; who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. ✝ If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you.

MORNING
Pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
The rue worshipers will worship the Fathering spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. ✝ Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer, you shall cry, and He will say, “Here I am.” ✝ Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him. ✝ Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. ✝ ✝ Let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord. ✝ If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear. ✝ My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins.

EVENING
My heart pants, my strength fails me.
Hear my cry, O God; attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. ✝ He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. When I am weak, then I am strong. ✝ When [Peter] saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” ✝ If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small. ✝ ✝ He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. ✝ The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. ✝ [Be] strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power.

MORNING
The fellowship of His sufferings.
✝ It is enough, for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. ✝ He is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. ✝ In the world you will have tribulation. ✝ Because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. ✝ I looked for someone to take pity, but there was none. ✝ At my first defense no one stood with me, but all forsook me. ✝ Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head. ✝ Here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. ✝ Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

EVENING
They overcame…by the blood of the Lamb.
Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died. ✝ The blood,…makes atonement for the soul. ✝ I am the Lord. The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you. ✝ There is…no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. ✝ Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from? These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ✝ To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

God will wipe away every tear…there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, for the former things have passed away.
He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; the rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; for the Lord has spoken. ✝ Your sun shall no longer go down, nor shall your moon withdraw itself; for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended. ✝ The inhabitant will not say, “I am sick”; the people who dwell in it will be forgiven their iniquity. ✝ The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, nor the voice of crying. ✝ Sorrow and sighing shall flee away. ✝ I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. O Death, I will be your plagues! O Grave, I will be your destruction! ✝ The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. Then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” ✝ The things which are not seen are eternal.

EVENING
[God] raised us up together…in Christ Jesus.
Do not be afraid;…I am He who lives. ✝ Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am. ✝ We are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. ✝ He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead. ✝ You are complete in Him, who is the head. ✝ Inasmuch…as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. ✝ This corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

MORNING
A bondservant of Jesus Christ.
You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am. ✝ If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor. ✝ Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. ✝ What things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. ✝ Having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. ✝ No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. ✝ You are no longer a slave but a son. ✝ Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh.

I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel.
His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor. ✝ Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding. ✝ Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. ✝ Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. ✝ O Lord, I know the way of man is not in himself; it is not in man who walks to direct his own steps. ✝ Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left. ✝ Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established. ✝ He knows the way that I take. ✝ A man’s steps are of the Lord; how then can a man understand his own way? ✝ You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. ✝ This is God, our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even to death.

MORNING
I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them.
As He who called you is holy, be holy all your conduct. ✝ He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of Him. ✝ Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters. ✝ whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. ✝ Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God. ✝ Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes. ✝ Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. ✝ The God of peace…make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ.

EVENING
I have exalted one chosen from the people.
For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham. Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren. ✝ On the likeness of the throne was a likeness with the appearance of a man high above it. ✝ The Son of Man who is in heaven. ✝ Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have. ✝ [He] made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow. ✝ Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God.

MORNING
As the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself.
Our Savior Jesus Christ…has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. ✝ I am the resurrection and the life. ✝ Because I live, you will live also. ✝ [We] have become partakers of Christ. ✝ Partakers of the Holy Spirit. ✝ Partakers of the divine nature. ✝ The first man Adam became a living being. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. ✝ Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is to come! [He] lives forever and ever. ✝ The blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality. ✝ Now to the King eternal, immortal…be honor and glory forever and ever.

EVENING
Let us not become conceited.
Gideon said to them, “I would like to make a request of you, that each of you would give me the earrings from his plunder.” For they had golden earrings, because they were Ishmaelites. So they answered, “We will gladly give them.” And they spread out a garment, and each man threw into it the earrings from his plunder. Gideon made it into an ephod and set it up in his city, Ophrah. And all Israel played the harlot with it there. It became a snare to Gideon and to his house. ✝ Do you seek things for yourself? Do not seek them. ✝ Lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me. ✝ Let nothing be done through selfish ambition conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. ✝ Love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own. ✝ Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me.

Wash Me thoroughly from my iniquity.
I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned and by which they have transgressed against Me. ✝ Then I will sprinkle clean water on you and you shall be can; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. ✝ Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. ✝ If the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from the dead works to serve the living God? ✝ He saved them for His name’s sake, that He might, make His mighty power known. ✝ Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, and because of Your truth.

EVENING
Fellowship in the gospel.
For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. ✝ God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. ✝ That which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. ✝ If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. ✝ Jesus spoke these words. “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us.”

Take heed to yourself.
Everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified. ✝ Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. ✝ Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. ✝ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. ✝ Meditate on these things; give ourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.

Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. ✝ The sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name. Your walls are continually before Me. ✝ The solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His.” ✝ We have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God. ✝ Then you shall take two onyx stones and engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel. So Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders as a memorial. You shall make the breastplate of judgment. You shall put settings of stones in it…four rows of stones. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. ✝ I will go in the strength of the Lord God; I will make mention Your righteousness, of Yours only. ✝ The gospel of Christ…is the power of God to salvation. ✝ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. ✝ I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily. ✝ We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. ✝ The joy of the Lord is your strength. ✝ Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy.

The second Man is the Lord from heaven. ✝ My Lord and my God! ✝ You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.
The world is passing away, and the lust of it. ✝ Surely every man walks about like a shadow; surely they busy themselves in vain; he heaps up riches, and does not know who will gather them. ✝ What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. ✝ Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her. ✝ I want you to be without care. ✝ These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. ✝ The Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. ✝ The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.

EVENING
The Spirit also helps in our weaknesses.
The Helper, the Holy Spirit. ✝ Do you not know that your body is he temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? ✝ It is God who works in you. ✝ We do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. ✝ He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. ✝ A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench. ✝ The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. ✝ The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

Jesus…because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. ✝ [He] is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory. ✝ Seeing…that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace. ✝ The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by Him, who shelters him all the day long; and he shall dwell between His shoulders.

You hold my eyelids open. ✝ Who is like the Lord our God…who humbles Himself to behold the things that are in the heavens and in the earth? ✝ He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. ✝ Your way was in the sea, Your path in the great waters, and Your footsteps were not known. ✝ The wrath of man shall praise You; with the remainder of wrath You shall gird Yourself. ✝ The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. ✝ We know that all things work together for good to those who love God. ✝ Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

MORNING
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
The love of the Spirit. ✝ The Helper, the Holy Spirit. ✝ In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the Angel of His Presence saved them; in His love and in His pity He redeemed them; and He bore them and carried them all the days of old. But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; so He turned Himself against them as an enemy, and He fought against them. ✝ We know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. ✝ Having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession. ✝ I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. ✝ The Spirit also helps in our weaknesses.

EVENING
I will return again to My place till they acknowledge their offense. Then they will seek My face.
✝ Your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you. ✝ My beloved had turned away and was gone…I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer. ✝ I hid and was angry, and he went on backsliding in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, and will heal him. ✝ Have you not brought this on yourself, in that you have forsaken the Lord your God when He led you in the way? ✝ He arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. ✝ I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely, for My anger has turned away from him. ✝ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

MORNING
How great is Your goodness, which You have laid for those who fear You.
Since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, who acts for the one who waits for Him. ✝ Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. ✝ You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. ✝ How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings. They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, and You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures. For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light. ✝ Godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.

EVENING
The Son of God…has eyes like a flame of fire.
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings. ✝ You have set our iniquities before You, our secret sins in the light of Your countenance. ✝ The Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter went out and wept bitterly. ✝ Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all men, and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man. ✝ He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. ✝ A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench. ✝ The Lord knows those who are His. ✝ I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

MORNING
Our Lord Jesus…that great Shepherd of the sheep.
The Chief Shepherd. ✝ I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. ✝ The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. ✝ Wall we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. ✝ I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. ✝ I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick. ✝ For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

EVENING
The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light.
I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who journeyed with me. So I said, “Who are You, Lord?” And He said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.” ✝ Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. ✝ The sun shall no longer be your light by day, nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; but the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory. Your sun shall no longer go down, nor shall your moon withdraw itself; for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended. ✝ The God of all grace…called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus.

MORNING
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.
Praise the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good for His mercy endures forever. ✝ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ✝ I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.” ✝ Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord, the shield of your help and the sword your majesty! ✝ As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? ✝ If anyone loves God, this one is known by Him. ✝ The solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” ✝ the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish. ✝ You have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.

EVENING
I want you to be without care.
He cares for you. ✝ For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. ✝ Oh taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him! The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. ✝ Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? ✝ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

MORNING
We also eagerly wait for the Savior.
The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. ✝ We, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless. ✝ Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. ✝ And it will be said in that day: “Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; we have waited for Him; we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.”
Philippians 3:20, Titus 2:11-14, 2 Peter 3:13-14, Hebrews 9:28, Isaiah 25:9
EVENING
Run in such a way that you may obtain…the prize.
The lazy man says, “There is a lion outside!” ✝ Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. ✝ Let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. ✝ I press toward the goal. ✝ I run thus: not with uncertainty…I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified. ✝ The form of this world is passing away. ✝ Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent. ✝ Gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

MORNING
The life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.
Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! ✝ The blood of the Lamb. ✝ The precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. ✝ Without shedding of blood there is no remission. ✝ The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. ✝ With His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. ✝ Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith. ✝ You were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

EVENING
Oh that I had wings like a dove! Then I would fly away and be at rest.
It happened, when the sun arose, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat on Jonah’s head, so that he grew faint. Then he wished death for himself, and said, “It is better for me to die than to live.” ✝ And Job spoke, and said: “Why is light given to him who is in misery, and life to the bitter of soul, who long for death, but it does not come, and search for it more than hidden treasures?” ✝ Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. ✝ “Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save Me from this hour’?” ✝ In all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

MORNING
Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest.
Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction. Narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. ✝ The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. ✝ Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you. ✝ Be even more diligent to make your call and election sure…for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. ✝ Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. ✝ For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. ✝ The Lord will be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory.

EVENING
You always hear Me.
Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.” ✝ “Father, glorify Your name.” Then a voice came from heaven, saying, “I have both glorified it and will glorify it again.” ✝ I come to do Your will. ✝ Not My will, but Yours, be done. ✝ As He is, so are we in this world. ✝ This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. ✝ Whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. ✝ Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. ✝ He always lives to make intercession for them. ✝ If anyone sins we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

MORNING
Your name shall…be called…Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.
In his strength he struggled with God. Yes he struggled with the Angel and prevailed; he wept, and sought favor from Him. ✝ [Abraham] did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God. ✝ Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. ✝ If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. ✝ Blessed is she who believed, for there will be fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord. ✝ Lord, increase our faith.

EVENING
Little children, abide in Him.
He who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. Let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. ✝ I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another. Even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. ✝ You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace. You ran well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth? ✝ As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. ✝ For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
